Age:
Drivers must be over 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card in their name to be eligible to rent a vehicle.
Insurance:
To rent a property, all renters must have full insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will allow you to transfer your current policy to our vehicle, regardless of the model or year of your current vehicle. In order to ensure a reservation, we will check the insurance of each renter. Neither Sin Exotics nor any of its affiliates sell or offer rental insurance. Any damage or loss to the vehicle, regardless of who is at fault, entails a financial obligation on your part for the full rental value, less salvage value, towing costs, storage impound fees, administrative fees, and a reasonable loss-of-use charge. In addition, your liability for theft of the vehicle shall not exceed the reasonable expenses incurred by Sin Exotics for loss due to theft up to its fair market value if it is established that you or any authorized operator failed to exercise reasonable care or aided or abetted the theft.
Driver’s License:
At the time of rental, you should present a valid driver’s license from your state of residence. However, for the duration of the rental, the driver’s license must be valid. It’s best to use an international driver’s permit if your home country’s driver’s license isn’t in English, but you won’t be able to rent a car with just your international driver’s permit. An incorrect product point of sale will be used at the time of rental, which may result in additional fees if it does not match the country of residence on the driver’s license.
Payment:
In order to rent an exotic car from Sin Exotic, you can pay with most major credit/charge cards. As long as the security deposit is paid with a major credit card, cash can be accepted for the rental fee. American Express / MasterCard / Discover / Visa / BankAmericard / Optima Amex are among the accepted credit cards. For the rental to be secured with a credit card, there must be enough credit on the card to cover both the rental charges and the security deposit. If you plan to rent a car from us, we require three forms of identification:
- A valid driver’s license
- A credit or charge card
- Proof of full coverage insurance
The confirmation of your reservation does not guarantee that Sin Exotic will accept your credit or debit card for payment.
Registered Tenants:
Customers who live in the state and want to rent a vehicle are welcome to do so. However, renters in the area are not subject to any restrictions. For example, customers who rent a Sin Exotic vehicle must show proof of full insurance coverage for third-party injury or property damage and collision and comprehensive coverage for the vehicle. The rental transaction will be canceled if the Sin Exotic agent is unable to obtain proof of insurance from the insurance company when he or she calls.
Deliveries and returns are handled separately.
Sin Exotic offers a variety of delivery options for its exotic vehicles. For example, at DeKalb-Peachtree and Hartsfield-Jackson Airports, you can pick up your rental car. For How Long Do You Wish To Rent This Room?
Billing is done on a 24-hour/1-day basis for all rentals. For example, on Sunday, a one-day rental from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday must be returned by 9:00 a.m. All rentals come with a one-hour grace period, after which an hourly rate of $99-$299 is charged. If you return your rental vehicle late by more than three hours, you will be charged for an additional day unless a waiver is granted.
Returns of Rental and Security Deposits
When you return the vehicle, Sin Exotic posts refunds of your deposit and any other funds owed to you, however, it may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to process.
How To Get Around Beyond Georgia:
Non-Georgian drivers must obtain prior authorization before using a Sin Exotic vehicle.
As an additional driver:
This option is available at Sin Exotic rental locations as well as during the rental process. A valid driver’s license and proof of age are two of the many requirements for signing the rental agreement that must be met by the primary renter and each Additional Authorized Operator. In addition, each Additional Authorized Operator will be charged USD 50.00 per day.
Smoking:
All of Sin Exotic cars are non-smoking vehicles. A cleaning fee will be assessed if a vehicle is returned in need of cleaning and deodorizing because it has been smoked in. Renters who smoke in their Sin Exotic risk forfeiting their security deposit.
Cancellation:
In order to avoid being charged a minimum of one day’s rental fees, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
